Interior renovation and seismic retrofit of Julia Morgan’s flagship seminary building and a prominent Berkeley Historical landmark. Use of multi-colored friezes, skylights and glass panels and walls coupled with high color rendition lighting to create the feeling of daylight in a mostly dark 1920’s neo-gothic building.
